Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Officer with a focus on Recruitment. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Egham with flexibility to work a hybrid working pattern. Salary up to £43k.
 
The role will develop and implement a policy framework to ensure that the business meets legislative and leading edge recruitment practise. The role will also assist the Head of HR to ensure that the business's strategic HR objectives are met, whilst managing a team of two.
 
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
- To keep the business strategic plans under review and advice around potential future resourcing implications.
- To provide an efficient, effective and value for money recruitment service through e-recruitment and other methods as applicable.
- To review recruitment processes and documentation, ensuring that these are streamlined, consistent and of a high standard
- To manage the recruitment team effectively, allocating workload undertaking appraisals and other performance related reviews as necessary.
 
What are we looking for:
 
- Strong working knowledge of key employment legislation relation to recruitment and Equality and Diversity.
- Experience of using a job evaluation scheme.
- Significant demonstrable experience of successfully working in a full HR function providing advice and administrative support.
- Significant experience of applying employment legislation and best practise knowledge in relation to recruitment and selection matters.
- Significant experience of successfully working with a range of management information manipulating and presenting data as appropriate.
- Experience of pro actively designing HR recruitment and selection processes and policies.
- Ideally exposure to international recruitment with a good understanding of visa's.
