Ashley Kate are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading, global organisation, supporting them in their search for a HR Manager based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role that require an individual who is used to working in a traditional working environment and can take them through a period of modernisation. you will be used to working with trade unions and be highly skilled in managing change sensitively with a highly longstanding workforce.
You will be leading a small team of 4 supporting and guiding them through day to day operations whilst leading a culture change across the site.
Main responsibilities of the HR Manager:
ER Management across a high volume and complex environment
Management of talent/succession planning
Workforce planning and organisational design
Cooperate with Managers and Experts and act as an Advisor for compliance and HR policies.
Partnering with a number of stakeholders and managing relationships within fast-paced, unionised environments
Coach HR employees
Drive transformation and change projects
