What They're Looking For:

• Experience working in a HR Manager role in Financial Services or Legal - please note this is a key requirement
• Direct Line Management experience
• A passion for learning and developing your career.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business, offering support and guidance to employees and management alike.
• A track record of leading change, from large-scale HR projects to daily HR operations.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and success in all initiatives.
