Are you an experienced HR Manager with a strong manufacturing background and a passion for driving meaningful organisational change? This is an exciting time to join a well know high end brand as they move into a growing, newly structured European business as they enter a period of significant transformation.

Reporting directly into the VP of HR who now operates at European level we are seeking an outstanding HR Manager to focus on the UK responsibilities, particularly across a flagship site of c.300 employees (600 across the wider UK operations).

This is a rare chance to step into a highly visible HR leadership position where you can make a genuine difference. The business has moved from years of restructuring into a period of real growth and investment. They are embarking on a major culture‑change programme across their UK operation and need someone who can be the face of HR on the ground especially across manufacturing operations. Based at Leamington Spa you will be also supporting 2 other sites in the West/East midlands so you must be able to travel.

HR Manager - About the role

You will play a central role in shaping the people agenda, bringing fresh eyes, new ideas and a continuous‑improvement mindset. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary HR support for the Telford and Long Eaton manufacturing sites
  • Partnering closely with the highly capable HR Advisor in Leamington Spa
  • Being a visible, hands‑on HR leader who builds strong relationships at all levels especially on the factory floor
  • Supporting a major European‑wide culture transformation
  • Standardising processes and helping define future organisational structures
  • Improving performance management and leadership capability
  • Driving leadership development programmes and manager coaching
  • Helping shape inclusive, engaging, and practical HR processes that genuinely improve the employee journey
  • Reviewing policies, processes, and ways of working - bringing in fresh thinking
  • Supporting recruitment activity and helping improve talent pipelines
  • Playing a key role in wider improvement projects across manufacturing
  • Working collaboratively with European sites to create a more unified business approach
  • Opportunity to introduce initiatives such as apprenticeship programmes

HR Manager - About You

We are looking for a confident, engaging HR professional with:

  • Strong HR experience within manufacturing (essential)
  • Proven experience driving culture change and leadership development
  • Experience coaching managers and improving performance management
  • Ideally exposure to unionised environments (GMB / Unite experience advantageous)
  • Ability to influence, challenge and build credibility quickly
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and genuine passion for improving frontline engagement
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent ideal
