HR Manager - Health, Safety & Employee Wellbeing
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Manager with a flair for Health and Safety, and employee wellbeing.
Now seeking a competent Manager who is technically strong and able to support the business in both HR and Health & Safety – for both elements, recognised qualification will be required.
This position is designed to lead on the delivery of a robust health, safety, and wellbeing strategy and the remit will extend to Management and Building Compliance Audits. The incumbent will be expected to develop a safety management system, with the associated policies and risk control measures.
Your stake holders internally will be other HR Service Managers, so you will be expected to develop an innovative programme, lead the delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
As cross functional leader you will need to ensure a professional service is delivered to meet and exceed customer expectations.
This role is suited to a professional and credible HR Manager/Health & Safety specialist who has a proactive, project led approach to driving best practice and continuous improvement.
