Ashley Kate is proud to be supporting a dynamic fast growing company based in High Wycombe who are looking for an interim HR Generalist with a passion for Recruitment to join them for initially 12 months with a view to transferring to a permanent position.

Due to their continued growth, they are experiencing a high volume of recruitment, therefore this person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the role as a filled in a timely manager and the on boarding process is successful.

About you:
You will be an enthusiastic and ambitious HR Generalist with a passion for Recruitment and Performance Management. Ideally you will have experience R&D, Precision, Engineering or Manufacturing but our client is open to fantastic candidates that have the required experience.

Duties will include.



  • Providing an effective HR service across different functions within the business including research and development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and finance.

  • Provide HR support on the full range of generalist HR activities: recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, with an emphasis on recruitment.

  • Manage recruitment actives across all function and levels within the company.

  • You will identify suitable recruitment methods, short listing and interview candidates. working closely with the recruitment manager, you will take a key role in selection.

  • You will develop and manage outreach relationship with schools and universities. To identify future candidates.

  • Organise and run careers days/events, run the work experience programme within the business to identifying suitable students.

  • Produce recruitment statistics, looking at methods to reduce recruitment spend.

  • Undertake project around policy development, talent acquisition programme and developing HR metrics. You will analyse and report on relevant HR metrics.
