Ashley Kate HR are currently working in partnership with an excellent organisation based in Hope Valley in their search for a HR Administrator.
This role covers all essential HR & EHS administration, including; processing starters & leavers, drafting employment contracts, updating and maintaining our HR systems and files, responding to queries, liaising with Payroll, conducting EHS inductions, DSE assessments and co-ordinating EHS training
Main Duties
Dealing with day-to-day queries.
H&S inductions
Dealing with low level Disciplinaries.
Maintaining the HR system
Updating employee records
This is a great role for someone who thrives from a busy environment, can manage your own workload, and work to deadlines, likes to be challenged, and really wants to make a difference to the business.
You will have experience in a HR Administrator position. You will be willing to work fast paced and be able to work confidentially. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards and have good practical knowledge of employment law.
