Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our legal client in recruiting for a HR (People & development) Analyst to join their team. The role can be based at either our clients Manchester or Liverpool office, with some hybrid working.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a wider HR function, whilst still having autonomy in your role - this would be perfect for someone who is looking to come in and make the role their own and join a company who have grown.  You will need to have proven data analysis experience, and be someone who can drive improvements throughout the business and be forward thinking, focusing on outputs and metrics.

Responsibilities include:
·Providing reporting expertise and support to users of the HR systems, ensuring employee data is updated and accurate
·Producing monthly and ad-hoc reports and develop data to provide further metrics and insights
·Providing support on large data dependant projects
·Support the People and Development Manager with policy and procedure updates in accordance with legislative and/or business developments.
·Carry out the Firm's annual salary benchmarking exercise.
·Lead the data collation for the Firm's Best Companies submissions and gender pay gap reportng


  • Delivering people system training to our people.

 
To be considered you will be data driven with strong advanced Excel skills. You could be a HR or Data Analyst currently, or you could be a HR generalist with a passion for data and Metrics! Either way you will be systems savvy, Competent in the use of other Microsoft Packages such as Word and Power Point with experience of producing reports including statistical graphs and charts.
