£32,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hybrid working is available in this role
This role will be looking for a start date in June.
About this role:
·Coordinating and processing all documentation for employee changes (Starters, Leavers, promotions etc)
·Inputting all employee data into Workday on a frequent basis - be the Workday first point of contact for all queries from employees within the business.
·Monitor all absence records and input into systems to assist with the running of reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
·Coordinate monthly payroll processes (ensuring all employee information/changes are up to date and correct on the system)
·Being responsible for the running of reports including, annual performance reports and absence reports.
·Provide a generalist administrative assistance to the HR team, e.g. taking minutes in meetings in employee relations meetings.
HR Coordinator - About you
·Previous experience working as a HR Coordinator in a professional services environment
·Strong understanding of Workday
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Available to start in June
·Fluent in another European Language (German, Italian, Polish, French or Dutch) is advantageous
