The salary for this role will be circa £30k £40k with opportunities to work remotely.
 
About the role
·As part of this role, you will be expected to carry out general HR Administration.
·Administration of employee benefits
·Absence maintenance and reporting
·Responding to general ad hoc queries from staff e.g., holiday balances, sickness, change of personal details
·Complete monthly payroll adjustments for the HR Manager and Finance team
·Complete security/ compliance checks (DBS, BPSS, Financial and Police Vetting) for ad-hoc projects
·Oversee on/ off boarding including new joiner paperwork, background checks, set up new joiners on HR system, co-ordinate and facilitate induction for new joiners and ensure a positive transition out of business for all leavers through effective leaver process (e.g., handover, payroll, exit interview,).
·Support with coordination of training courses, including the arrangement of materials, equipment, and scheduling invites
·Oversight of the probation process and drafting documents
·HR Projects that contribute to new Future ways of Working
 
HR Consultant - About you
·A HR professional that is looking to grow into a role.
·CIPD qualified would be advantageous
·2 - 3 years proven HR experience
·Previous experience of working in professional services industry advantageous but not essential
·Excellent organisational and communication skills
·Experience working with senior management with good influencing and negotiating skills
·Results oriented, problem-solving approach
·Ability to prioritise and manage the expectations around you
·Comfortable managing through ambiguity
·Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels of the company as well as external partners
·A positive can-do attitude!
