Ashley Kate HR are partnering with Professional services client who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner. This is a permanent role, homes based with occasional travel to the company Head office in Cambridgeshire/Essex.
 
You will be highly commercially focused and be responsible for looking at the business needs providing practical HR solutions in line with the organisations planned development.  You will be partnering with Directors on the culture of the business as they are going on a continual journey. This business are passionate about developing their people, and internal promotion! They are passionate about driving key values and an inclusive and developmental culture within the business.  
 
·Lead on our Reward & Benefits proposition, including third party management and pay and bonus schemes
·Drive strategic colleague engagement initiatives to support our Amazing employer Brand strategic goal  
·Support the wider team with day to day HR solutions 
·Produce data and recommendations for key people trends such as Gender Pay Gap, Hybrid working and Future of Work  
 
HR Manager - About you
·Proven background working at a HR BP level within professional services
·CIPD qualified or equivalent
·Previous experience of developing and delivering a HR projects
·Strong UK Employment Law Knowledge,
·Exceptional at building relationships, communication & excellent leadership skills
·Strong working knowledge of employment law
·Prior involvement in influencing executive & senior managers
