HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate HR & Finance are excited to be supporting our Construction client as they recruit for a HR Business Partner to join their team at their high peak site. The role will be site based with some expectation to travel if required to other sites within the business unit.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a true generalist HRBP role where you will be involved in the full remit across engagement, talent and succession, ER management, and recruitment as they grow. You must have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role, which will require you to build credible and lasting relationships where you will be a key catalyst in influencing and driving change within the business, supporting and up skilling management capability.
We are seeking a commercial HR professional who have hands-on, practical approach and can thrive in a busy and diverse environment applying a good sense of humour and a 'human' element to their HR approach.
The ideal candidate:
You will need to have experience of working within a fast paced environment, construction, manufacturing or FMCG would be highly advantageous
A sound commercial awareness will be key
Demonstrable skills in terms of up skilling and coaching managers
The ability to multi tasks and prioritise, all the time working at pace
CIPD qualified or equivalent
A true generalist HR Business Partner background.
