Are you CIPD level 5? Do you have a solid permanent work history in the private sector? Do you have experience of leading on complex ER casework?

Ashley Kate HR & Finance have partnered with a Japanese organisation to support their recruitment for a HR Business Partner.

Based near Tower Hill, you will report to the Head of HR, partnering c110 employees within your client group on all HR related issues.

You will work closely with the businesses senior leaders, to develop the HR agenda that supports the overall business objectives.

About you


  • Solid permanent working history in the private sector
  • Experience operating at Business Partner level
  • Experience of leading and managing complex ER cases
  • Must have a collaborative style
  • CIPD qualified  - minimum level 5
  • Experience  of working within a Japanese company  - highly advantageous


About the role 


  • Help drive and implement an integrated, comprehensive and commercially-focused people plan for the designated business areas
  • Advise on and manage organisational change, including development, restructures and redundancies
  • Support the development of the HR Advisor who has just completed their CIPD level 5
  • Working closely with the HR Advisor, identify and scope business recruitment needs in partnership with managers, participating in the interview process as required, especially for the selection of senior positions
  • Identify significant people risks and manage ER cases
  • Identify skill gaps and learning and development needs in designated business areas, and identify initiatives for the business for discussion with HR Advisor for delivering solutions
