HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate are working with a well-established organisation in their search for the HR Business Partner in their New Milton office.
This is permanent full time position offering salary between £45k - £50k. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office) with occasional travel to other sites.
·Building strategies by identifying HR priorities from organisational and departmental plans.
·Developing and delivering colleague engagement for each business area.
·Managing, directing and supporting the HR Advisory team in their duties to support the delivery of Employee relations, HR projects and associated HR activity to ensure the terms of the HR SLAs are being met.
·Working with senior managers to deliver on new initiatives and business opportunities to aid organisational growth and scalability.
·Preparing monthly board and client group reporting with metrics that identifies strategic trend improvements; formulates a robust continuous improvement plan.
·Leading change and improvement programmes across the business to improve the employee experience ensuring it is engaging and frustration-free working in collaboration with the wider Talent and HR team.
To be considered you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, have demonstrable experience of partnering and influencing strategy with senior leaders and delivering an exceptional HR service, have experience managing complex ER cases and has led as a HR Leader and developed a large team.
