The HR Business Partner will support one of the businesses within the group. Based from their Chesterfield site, the HRBP will work very closely with the site leadership team, building strong relationships and being responsible for all HR on site. The HRBP will influence, guide, coach a range of senior stakeholders, managing the day to day such as ER, training, and recruitment within their site, particularly focusing on upskilling of management. You will lead on key People projects such as TUPE, Redundancy, Organisational Design/Reshaping, and review, design an implement policies and process. the role will very much be hands on and in the thick of it. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Advisor/Generalist seeking that next step role.
