Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing accountancy company as they look to recruit for a full - time, permanent HR Assistant, based in London.
 
The salary for this role is up to £32k, with a hybrid working pattern.
 
This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is interested in progressing their career within HR. The role will be supported by a Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager.
 
HR Assistant - About the role
·As part of this role, you will be expected to support the full employee life cycle for all operational and administrative HR matters.
·Process and input new starters onto the HR system and update necessary changes throughout their employment life cycle.
·Coordinate new starter inductions and necessary training with the Recruitment team and managers
·Facilitate the probation review process with the relevant HR Advisor
·Process all leaver administration for fixed term employees or following a resignation/dismissal
·Draft and issue all leaver/end of contract/dismissal letters as necessary
·Pensions administration (Opt-in, Opt-out & Amendments)
·Salary Review/Promotion letter and contract administration as necessary
·Process the monthly payroll to a tight deadline
·Maintaining online database of personnel files
·Support the wider People team and be a confident point of contact for all queries
·Have an active and integral role in HR projects
 
HR Assistant - About you
·1-2 years' proven experience in a HR role, ideally with professional services
·Excellent administrative and organisational skills with an ability to progress several tasks simultaneously, prioritise workload and maintain effective systems
·Be able to work accurately with good attention to detail
·Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality handing sensitive information and data
·Professional and confident with a can-do attitude with the ability to forge professional relationships
·IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
·A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with staff at all levels, both internally and externally
·Educated to A level or equivalent
