Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working with a fantastic business to recruit for a HR Assistant to join their growing HR function.
Joining a busy HR Team you will be the first point of contact for any HR queries, this will be over the phone and managing the HR enquiries inbox. As a first point of call you will be responsible for providing general HR Advice or escalating where appropriate.
You will ensure all HR and employee data is up to date including holiday, absence, sickness and timekeeping records. You will be able to carry out various training and development tasks, including updating training files and liaise with training providers to book training.
You will also be responsible for assisting with end to end recruitment process from advertising roles through to issuing contracts of employment and on boarding new starters.
You will have experience working in a busy HR team
Strong organisation and computer skills are a must
You will ideally be CIPD level 3 or studying towards.
At the moment the role will be a mix of office and remote working, with a view to be permanently office based as restrictions ease.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
