HR Assistant - HRIS and Payroll
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit for an interim HR Assistant for 12 months, covering maternity leave. This is a full time role, based in Finsbury, near Old Street station. The salary is up to c£26.5k.
The role will be collating, obtaining, inputting and recording HR and payroll related data to enable the fulfilment of pension related obligations and to ensure the HR team has an accurate and up to date database. The role will also be analysing HR date and producing reports based on this data.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·To produce monthly HR and payroll data reports, enabling the assessment of staff for automatic pension enrolment purposes.
·To coordinate an effective pension administration service, liaising as necessary with the external pension provider, ensuring all operations are carried out in line with financial and pension regulations.
·To deal with routine correspondence as directed within agreed time-scales and to handle pension queries and to pass on to the appropriate staff.
·To produce reports on personnel data and to provide support in analysing these reports.
·To support with the review of the accuracy of HR and payroll related data received from across the business, investigate concerns and liaise with colleagues in the HR and Finance teams to ensure hat the HR database is updated and accurate.
We are looking for:
·Solid experience working a similar role, experience of producing and presenting reports.
·Excellent numeracy skills with experience of data analysis and ability to interpret and explain detailed personnel data.
·Experience of using HR information systems.
·Experience of administering Occupational Pension Scheme and payroll.
