HR and Recruitment Coordinator

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a facilities management firm, based in London as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR and Recruitment Coordinator.
Key requirement for this role is to be Spanish or Portuguese speaking!!
The salary for this role is up to £30,000, depending on experience.
HR and Recruitment Coordinator:
·Management the recruitment process by liaising with the managers on their recruitment needs, conducting telephone interviews and building relationships with potential candidates and keeping their details for potential positions that may become available
·Conducting Employment Relation cases, including Grievances, Investigations and complex Disciplinaries up to and including dismissal
·Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Management team and providing support and guidance
·Liaising with employee union representatives regarding cases
·TUPE- dealing with both IN and OUT, consulting with employees. Sending out letters and liaising with incumbent companies
·Consulting with employees about site closures and changes in shift patterns
·Addressing performance issues
·The ability to speak Spanish OR Portuguese
·Strong IT skills
·Excellent attention to detail
·Demonstrate a passion for HR
·Willingness to develop and learn
·HR experience - 1+ year would be advantageous
·CIPD qualification, not essential but desirable
