This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a new and challenging opportunity.
Salary for this role will be up to £50k plus excellent benefits and a hybrid working pattern
About the role
·Assist with the implementation and launch of new Global HRIS platform, ensuring viable interfaces with other HR platforms  
·'Super user' for the HR system, and the point of contact for the system provider.
·Ensure all data entered into the HRIS is accurate and up to date, auditing regularly
·Liaise with HR Administration team to create and implement HRIS workflows as appropriate, in line with the employee lifecycle
·Create and maintain user guides for the HRIS and other HR systems including regular training sessions
·Accurately produce all required HR data reports, displayed in appropriate formats, in agreed timeframes. This includes the production of recurrent and ad hoc HR data metrics and dashboards
·Support the Head of HR & Global HRD with the production of annual Gender pay gap data and report
·Provide timely processing of accurate UK payroll information to outsourced managed payroll providers, including checking of payroll input
·Support HRBPs with the preparation of the International payrolls where required
·Ensure high quality, accurate, insightful data is produced and maintained, working with the HR Team to ensure this is the case
·Collate business dashboard reporting, analysing the data, highlighting key areas, and predicting trends for discussion, working with the HR Business Partners and the Head of HR
HR Analyst - About you
·Experience of working within an HR Administration or Analytics role
·Insurance or finance service background would be advantageous
·Basic knowledge of human resources disciplines and procedures
·Practical application of the Microsoft office suite
·Analytical and problem-solving skills
·Proactive and always looking for ways to deliver a better or more efficient service
·Ability to quickly learn the organisations software
·Excellent attention to detail
