This is an exciting role for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for an immediate start!
Do you have experience managing employee relation cases and redundancy consultations?
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
6 Month FTC
This is a remote position which will require occasional travel to sites across the UK
About this role:
·Work closely with the HRBP to assist with areas such as redundancy consultations and TUPE-Out
·Provide first line support to managers within the business
·Using the HR systems to prepare and run reports
·Handle varied ER cases
·Being involved in the development of the redundancy process
HR Advisor - About you:
·Ability to work independently
·Excellent organisational skills
·CIPD Level 5 or working towards
·Possess working knowledge of TUPE and redundancy processes
·Solid background in Employee Relations
·Previous experience in a similar environment
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
