HR Advisor
Full time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Based in Walsall, onsite
 
This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as a HR Advisor, and is also an excellent opportunity for a strong HR professional wanting to develop in their career!   
 
This HR Advisor will be working as part of a well established team, and alongside the HR team to provide advisory support across the full employee life cycle and support the existing HR Director when required.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
- Managing the inbox for all staff for both permanent and temporary staff
- Providing full support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including general enquiries; employment law; procedures; disciplinary & grievances or absence issues
- Leading on projects including; employee engagement

Do you have strong interpersonal skills and are you able to build key relationships?
