Ashley Kate HR are currently working with an outstanding Healthcare organisation on their search for a new HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a great role for someone who has previous HR experience within a Medical/Healthcare environment and is looking for the next step in their HR career.
 
This role will include:
·Supporting managers with all matters relating to employee relations at the earliest opportunity, providing specialist employee relations advice in the management of both informal and formal processes and attend meetings/hearing as and when required.
·Where appropriate lead on investigations, hearings, drive case resolution.
·Respond, as a first line advisor, to HR related queries raised by employees and managers across the business.
·Assist all members of the HR function in providing a comprehensive HR administration service.
·Support the full employee administration activity in the absence of the HR Administrator including conducting the relevant pre-employment, compliance and referencing checks.
·Support Recruitment, Onboarding and Learning & Development activity, including supporting and preparation of induction activities/days.  
·Work with managers to address issues such as absence levels and support to effectively manage this through the use of management information and Occupational Health provisions.
·Monitor and support probation reviews.  
·Managing in conjunction with the HR Administrator and ownership of the HR shared inbox.
·Assisting with HR reports and reporting/ad hoc requests for the wider business function.
·Assist with the development and implementation of new projects.
 
Reporting directly into the Junior HR Business Partner, and supporting the HR Director when required, and working closely with the HR team this role will be a great opportunity for someone to develop themselves and further their HR career within a long standing, reputable business.
