Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a financial services organisation who are seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their existing HR team based in Ascot.
You will be part of a part of a small friendly team in a dynamic and fast-growing business, reporting directly to the Head of HR and working alongside an HR Administrator.
The post-holder will primarily be responsible for delivering HR advice and high standard, proactive administrative support.
The suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work pro-actively, work with a high level of attention to detail, is part-CIPD qualified and has strong communication skills.
Main duties will include -
·Proactive and efficient support to the Head of HR
·Point of contact for HR queries and monitor the HR Support inbox
·Supporting on all ER related matters - absence, performance, disciplinary, etc
·Coaching and developing line managers to manage employees effectively
·Providing support to the Head of HR on a range of projects, inclusive of acquisitions, restructures, benchmarking reviews
·Supporting hiring managers with recruitment as and when required
·Manage the on-boarding process for new starters
·Supporting the payroll process (ensuring monthly changes inclusive of new starters / leavers etc are submitted)
·Responsible for ensuring the in-house HRIS system is updated
Experience -
·Part-CIPD qualified (Level 5) desirable, but not essential
·Demonstrable experience working in a similar HR advisory position
·Experience of operating in a regulated environment, especially the Financial Services industry, would be a strong advantage but is not essential
·High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
·Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines
·Strong team player with advanced interpersonal skills
