We are actively recruiting for an interim HR Advisor to support our client on a fixed term contract for 9-12 months in Stratford. The role will offer remote working and will have the expectation to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
Reporting the lead HR Advisor you will support c1500 employees on the delivery of the HR service, partnering people managers across the business. You will pro-actively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maximise ‘people management’ performance and minimise employee relations disputes.
We are looking for
·Strong experience managing a high volume of ER casework.
·Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained.
·Experience being the lead advisor for ER casework.
·Strong performance management experience.
