We are actively recruiting for an interim HR Advisor to support our client on a fixed term contract for 12 months in Sidcup.
Reporting the lead HR Advisor you will support c1500 employees on the delivery of the HR service, partnering people managers across the business. You will pro-actively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maximise ‘people management’ performance and minimise employee relations disputes
Strong experience managing a busy (25-30 cases at one time) Employee Relations case workload and being the lead advisor (not just supporting someone senior in the team).
Experience in supporting Disciplinary, Grievances and sickness absence through to dismissal.
Strong performance management experience.
They will have to hit the ground running as we are extremely busy at the moment.
Experience of managing ER cases within a similar setting – maintenance, care taking, cleaning staff desirable but not essential if they have the above.
