HR Advisor (Interim)
Ashley Kate are excited to be recruiting for our Liverpool client as they recruit a generalist HR Advisor to join them on an attractive 13 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

If so this could be the role for you! Our client are a global, and well established manufacturing business with othersites in the UK, and approx up to 100 staff. the seek a stand alone HR Advisor to report into the COO and work with shop floor staff right up to senior Management.
·Provide HR advice to managers and employees across the business on all policies and process
·Support manager with a wide range of employee relations to include absence management, performance management, disciplinary and greivance.
·Maintain information on all HR systems, ensuring that it is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
·reporting for management on HR metrics and data
·Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting managers with the advertisement of roles, interview and selection, and on boarding of new starters.
·reviewing and updating company policies
·Monthly preparation and administration of Payroll in conjunction with external payroll provider.
·Support with ad hoc projects.
To be considered you will be an experienced HR Generalist from a manufacturing or similar blue collar background. You will be CIPD or working towards with strong Employment law knowledge.
