If so, this could be the role for you! Our client is a global business based in west Yorkshire, seeking a HR Administrator for a brand new role due to growth!
The company are growing fast, with some exciting projects on the horizon, and you could be a part of this. The role is HYBRID, working 3 days from home, and 2 days from their Skipton office.
The HR Administrator will work alongside a team of 3, in supporting a headcount up to 200 across 2 UK sites. You will be responsible for management of employee and HR data and their HR and Learning management systems, reporting on HR metrics, you will manage all HR correspondences, and incoming HR enquiries. You will take a lead in managing all starters, leavers and the on boarding process. Working as part of a wider payroll team you will support in inputting payroll data. There are some key HR projects on the horizon that you will be able to support as part of the HR team!
To be considered you will be an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant/Co-ordinator, CIPD qualified or working towards, able to adapt and grow within a changing environment.
