Do you have experience of working as a HR Administrator and looking for a role hybrid role based in Central London?


Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting a well-established law firm for two Full Time HR Administrators (FTC 6 month). This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR looking to gain further experience in the professional services sector.


Salary for this role will be up to £30k


About the role
·As part of the role, you will be expected to undertake general HR administration duties including soft and hard copy filing, scanning, and archiving, helping with queries.
·Record attendance/absences, highlight/monitor issues/concerns, log (and chase) self-certificate forms and fit notes as necessary.
·Undertake the new joiner process (requesting references, new joiner forms, new joiner details/document updates, probationary/qualification for benefits).
·Work closely with the HR Manager (Reward) manage Cascade, update Insite, salary spreadsheet, payroll, and pension data. starters and leavers, new joiner, benefits, and other documentation
·Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave and prompting the team when actions need to be taken.
·Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides etc.
·Act as the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
·Assist with payroll by provide the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
·Ad hoc duties / projects etc.
