£30,000 Full time and Permanent
Please note that this is a fully office-based role.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage HR administrative tasks including the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage employee enquiries
- Assist in the production of HR metrics
- Manage the work experience and intern programme
- Manage the recruitment process, as well as the onboarding process
- Assist in a range of activities and providing necessary support to the wider HR team
HR Administrator - About you
- Previous experience working as a HR Administrator
- Familiarity with UK employment legislation
- Experience with Payroll is preferred
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, SharePoint
- Ability to critically examine information for accuracy and quality
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with Recruitment
- Able to work in a team with people at all levels of the organisation
- Confidential & trustworthy, understand the importance of handling sensitive data
- Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
