Job type: Full Time
Salary: £22,968 - £27,991 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office - 2 days from home
About this role:
·Administrating the full recruitment and onboarding process, inclusive of placing adverts at multiple locations, scheduling interviews, creating and maintaining personnel files, drafting contracts of employment, obtaining references, organising pre-employment checks and setting up new starters on our online training platform.
·Liaising with Payroll on new starters and payroll changes for current employees.
·Providing administrative support to the absence management procedure, retention initiatives, and drafting letters to staff as required.
·Undertaking general administrative duties as required.
HR Administrator - About you
·3 Years experience working in a previous Administration role
·Excellent organisational skills
·Good communication skills both written and verbal
·Ability to work in a fast paced environment
·Previous HR experience is advantageous but not essential
