Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a growing business as they expand their team and recruit for a HR Administrator. This a permanent opportunity based in Bradford.
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will be assisting the provision of high quality service to the business, providing effective HR Administration support.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Administering all new starter information.
·Creating high quality contracts of employment and all related contractual amendments.
·Calculating and administering all staff pay increased in line with performance related rises.
·Uploading monthly payroll spreadsheets and all supporting documents ensuring the accurate inclusion of all benefit entitlements.
We are looking for:
·Previous experience working in a HR role is essential
·Experience liaising with payroll and calculating staff pays, annual leave holidays etc.
·Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
·Good experience using HR Systems and producing reports.
·Experience working within the public sector is desirable but not essential.
