Ashley and Kate HR and Finance are pleased to be working with our global client, Looking for an HR Administrator based in Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR Administration experience, to support the day-to-day responsibilities, to join a great manufacturing business.
Part-time position, about 24h per week, 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday). Salary between £22,000 to £25k FTE.
The successful candidate will provide organisational and administrative support to the HR department, ideally CIPD certified, but not essential.
Typical responsibilities include:
·Managing incoming HR enquiries
·Offer letters/contract/starters and leavers - complete ownership of the onboarding process.
·Updating the HR system with employee data and changes
·Managing and organising probation meetings
·Co-ordinating meetings and managing HR correspondences
·Coordinating absence meetings and supporting managers
·Own HR inbox, and the application inbox, sending applications on to managers
·Sit in and note take in ER meetings
Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
·Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
·Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
·Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
·Proven work experience as an HR Administrator
