HR and  |Training Coordinator up to £45K FTE | London  (Finsbury) | Professional Services


Hybrid working policy 3 days per week office based


Part Time or Full Time considered, Permanent role (20 - 33 hours per week)


I am delighted to supporting a global professional services client as they look to add to their HR team. We are currently recruiting for a HR and Training Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Head of HR, the role will have a primary focus on training coordination, HR Administration, on boarding and staff appraisals and training and inductions. You will be the first point of contact for staff training needs, staff inductions and HR related queries.


About the role
·To act as a first point of contact for all customers to the Human Resources department.  
·To tidy up and maintain the HR Drive, archiving files and ensuring all files are GDPR compliant  
·To help redesign HR SharePoint to ensure documents are current and easy to find.
·Create a report showing all objectives and training objectives from staff appraisals
·Able to take minutes and organise meetings
·To maintain the talent tracker and scoring system.  
·Ensuring the induction process is clearly explained and documented for all starters and reformatting the probation review cycle.
·Ensuring all new starters are booked onto induction and attend
·Responsible for booking new starter mingle twice a year.
·Preparation of course agreement letters.
·Payment of course and exam fees etc.
·Monitoring of exam results and advising Directors accordingly.
·Renewal of practising certificates for professional staff.
·Arranging seminars, booking rooms, inviting staff, monitoring attendance, producing certificates of attendance for personnel files, updating "staff to attend" list following promotions, new staff etc.
·Co-ordinate management and leadership cohorts booking in courses and mentoring sessions
·Co-ordinate Compliance training and maintain records for all staff.
·Arrange and maintain appraisal training for all staff.
 
About you
·Experience in a professional services setting, such as LLP, small finance, legal or corporate functions
·Must have previous administration experience - ideally in either in HR or a L&D environment
·Good customer service skills able to encourage people attendance of training and development
·Good communication skills
·Good eye for detail and accuracy, organised and methodical
·Good standard of written English
·Thorough attention to detail
·Intermediate level Word and Excel. PowerPoint comfortable with formatting documents and putting together presentations
·A team Player
