Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a Global organisation who, due to internal promotion and growth, are looking to add a HR & Reward Administrator to their team.

This client boast over 5000 employees across 125 countries, and provides a wide range of consultancy services across a range of sectors.

This role is varied, providing administrative support to the Reward & Benefits team and the UK HR Shared Services team, based from their Huddersfield office.

·The role:
·Providing administrative support to The Reward director in all areas such as benefits, salary changes, flexible benefit requests, queries, pensions and shares.
·Manage employee data, HR systems, and reporting on benefits metrics
·Answer employees queries about HR and payroll-related issues
·Collating payroll information, including starters and leavers, and liaising with the Group Payroll Function to facilitate changes
·Advice and guidance to managers on benefits queries
·HR contracts/starters/leavers
·Ad hoc HR project work to support the team


To be considered for this role you will be highly analytical and passionate about reward & benefits and experience in the above areas. You will also have a HR administration background and be an advanced user of Excel and Microsoft packages.
