HR & Payroll Officer
Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working with a pharmaceutical business with over 50 years operating in their market, to source a HR & Payroll Officer to welcome to their growing team.
Based in a beautiful Country House just outside of Hitchin, the role of HR and Payroll Officer will be focusing on providing strong support to the HR and Finance function. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be carrying out all administration associated with HR, payroll, pay and benefits. Typical duties will include:
·Updating HR database with new starters, changes in information
·Updating and maintaining all paperwork relating to payroll administration
·Maintaining employee attendance records in SAGE
·Preparing monthly payroll for all Group companies, with guidance from the HR Manager and Financial Controller
·Overseeing and supporting employees in queries relating to payroll in a timely manner, including payslips, P11Ds, P60s & P45s.
·Managing all internal administration relating to; employee benefit membership e.g. private medical insurance, pension and childcare vouchers and company car administration.
We are looking to speak with HR professionals who have experience running payroll, ideally with exposure to overtime and shift premium. CIPP membership is extremely beneficial, but not essential. Strong experience with Excel is required, along with high attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion!
