We are working exclusively with a large private fast paced firm to recruit an HR & Compliance Coordinator to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment where compliance and employee onboarding are at the heart of the role.

Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other internal stakeholders, you'll play a key part in ensuring recruitment and onboarding processes are compliant, accurate and delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end onboarding processes
  • Completing right to work and compliance checks
  • Coordinating DBS applications and renewals
  • Supporting visa compliance and auditing
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and compliance registers
  • Producing HR reports and dashboards
  • Supporting internal audits and regulatory requirements
  • Building strong relationships across multiple business functions
  • Assisting with HR administration and process improvements


What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an HR or compliance-focused role ideally in a private regulated business
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing confidential information
  • Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of safer recruitment, safeguarding or compliance processes would be advantageous.
