Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering our National client within the social care sector who have a fantastic and opportunity for a Homelessness Team Leader to join them, in a brand new role as the organisation expands.
The Homeless Team lead will manager 2 support workers, and be responsible for a number of sites in the Macclesfield and surrounding areas in the region.

The organisation are growing their service offering, giving this role the opportunity to develop with the business as they grow the division further. This role requires someone with a real passion for helping homeless people and those who are vulnerably housed, including rough sleepers.

The role:
·Supporting the roll out of the Homelessness strategy and planning for the department
·Liaiase with internal and external agencies, suppliers, stakeholders to include local government
·Development of support programmes for the homeless and tracking of quality and suitability and identify further needs and resources
Provide insight and intelligence on homelessness, rough sleeping and support to vulnerable adults
Lead on identifying issues, trends, service developments and good practice across the housing, homelessness and support sector
·Leading a team and Managing schedules for homelessness Support Workers

To be considered you will have previous experience in managing a team of at least 2 support workers, and ideally have a background within homelessness/social care. You will be flexible to travel across sites and have access to your own transport.
