Head of HR Business Partnering | Hybrid | £90K | London | Insurance
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR Business Partnering with our Insurance client.
Working alongside senior leaders to drive the People and Culture strategy, you will manage a team of 4 HRBPs, to lead the development and delivery of HR services, products, and systems that improve the performance of the company.
The role
- Identify leadership priorities and provide support on delivering bespoke business goals by collaborating and building trusted relationships.
- Plan and implement training and development programs to achieve results and align with company goals.
- Provide recommendations for improvement by analyzing data and determining trends.
- Promote, implement, and coordinate changes to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business
- Engage in business partnering and organisational transformation initiatives that involve complexity.
About you
- Extensive senior HRBP experience in a medium-sized organisation - preferably Insurance but other small finance companies will be considered
- Experience of implementing projects that maximise the efficiency of the workforce.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to problem solve.
- Comfortable in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in senior HR roles, leading HRBPs'
- Experience of partnering with a business undertaking a transformation
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and sensitive information in a persuasive, structured and clear way.
