Are you a dynamic and results-driven financial professional with experience of leading a team of Finance Analysts and looking for your next challenge?
Ashley Kate is looking for an experienced Financial and Accounting Supervisor to join our global client to look after the UK team. Reporting directly into the Finance Manager in Europe with a dotted line to the FP&A director this role and the team will play a pivotal role in their continued success.  This role can be based at either the Nuneaton or Staines offices and hybrid working is on offer. Salary £50k.

 Responsibilities: As our Financial and Accounting Manager, you will:
Oversee all financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team.

About You.


  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial management, with a prove background in leading a team of Finance Analysts.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, and good knowledge of using VBA and SQL
