It is our pleasure to support our client in their search for an experienced French or German speaking Talent Acquisition Partner with a background working in a European Management Consultancy to join them in a full time permanent basis.
In this role, you will source qualified contract resources aligned with project requirements, coordinate hiring processes, and conduct advanced interviews.
About you
- Proven success working in a TA role in European Management Consultancy - Essential
- Must be able to speak French or German at business level
- Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
- Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
- Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Experience of hiring Contractor resources within short time scales
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
