ER Advisor (Remote)

We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for a strong ER Advisor to join their HR team.

Salary: up to £38,000

Location: Remote (occasional travel required)

Hours: Monday-Friday

The Role:

  • Provide expert ER advice to managers across the business
  • Handle complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
  • Act as an escalation point within the HR team
  • Advise on employment law, policies, TUPE, redundancy and change
  • Support HR projects and maintain accurate HR system data

About You:

  • Strong ER case management experience
  • Background supporting a multi-site, customer-facing workforce
  • Knowledge of TUPE, redundancy and Employment Tribunal processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and full UK driving licence
