Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a leading client on an urgent 9 Month ER Advisor role. This role will be working from home however you must be based in the Lichfield area.

This role is full time, and will fit someone who has ideally worked within a healthcare environment, and has experience working in a generalist Employee Relations role.

You will be involved in a wider range of activities including providing professional advice and support for HR generalist matters, handling disciplinaries, grievances, capability and attendance reviews, ensuring employees are treated fairly and procedures are followed.
You will maintain a HR database, ensuring all information is up to date.
You will also pro actively develop employment strategies to ensure quick decision making when resolving situations.

ER Advisor - About you

·Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, degree level or equivalent
·You must have a proven experience working within a HR role especially in Employee Relations.
·Significant experience of current employment legislation
·Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
