Ashley Kate are currently working with a long-standing global security service in recruiting for an Employee Relations Lead to join their HR team. This a hybrid role, however you will need to be on site in the Milton Keynes office 2- 3 times a week.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop ER casework strategies and work closely with multiple line managers to ensure accurate and positive employee relations which will in turn strengthen the business' culture and build positive relationships with your colleagues. You will be the Employee Relations Lead and supporting and coaching a team of 3. Previous management experience is not essential, however the desire to mentor fellow colleagues will be key.
Role responsibilities will include leading on employee relation casework, coaching and guiding line managers through ER processes, supporting on health and welfare matters, engaging trade unions and guiding your team to provide a prompt, efficient service.
