Ashley Kate are delighted to be to be supporting a UK based charity, based in London (E) as they look to recruit two positions.
 
·A full time, permanent Employee Relations Advisor (ER)
·A full time, Interim Employee Relations Advisor (ER) for a period of 6 months.
 
The salary for these roles will be up to £37k and comes with a hybrid working pattern.
 
About the role
 
·As part of the role you will provide HR advice and guidance to designated teams and areas on a broad range of generalist HR and employee relations issues.
· Advise, coach, train and enable managers in order that they can manage their people well and deliver an effective service.
· Ensure that a high quality, responsive, reliable and proactive service is provided to all internal customers.
· Undertake relevant HR projects to improve the quality of the service in line with organisational objectives.
 
ER Advisor - About you
 
·Possess proven experience of providing advice on complex employee relations matters within a generalist HR environment, including managing cases to resolution and a strong understanding of employment law and good management practice.
·Experience of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
·Experience of researching, developing and implementing collaborative projects to achieve planned outcomes
·Be able to use a range of computer software applications, including computerised HR information systems, and maximising the use of IT to improve working practices and systems
·Qualified member of CIPD (Level 5 or 7) or significant equivalent experience of HR issues.
·Ability to work with stakeholders proactively and collaboratively on a wide range of ER issues, managing these to effective resolution.
·Excellent attention to detail and desire to produce work of a high quality.
