Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing accountancy company as they look to recruit for a full - time, permanent Early Talent (Development) Advisor, based in London.
 
The salary for this role is up to £40k, with a hybrid working pattern.
 
This is a new role with a primary focus on the development and retention of Early Talent. You will work closely with the Early Talent Manager, Early Talent Advisor (Recruitment), Senior Early Talent Administrator and the broader People team to help deliver a strategic and professional proposition, supporting the ongoing learning and development journey of school leavers and graduates.
 
Early Talent Advisor - About the role
- Supporting the Early Talent Manager with salary reviews, the development of a new feedback system, six monthly reviews and the overall performance improvement process.
- Supporting Early Talent candidates throughout contract with development and pastoral support
- Prepare and facilitate Early Talent Induction activities and bespoke skills training
- Build a strong relationship with the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants) to ensure we are ahead on trends
- Broaden the tailored trainee development opportunities to include more professional skills options such as mentoring and coaching
- Maintain a strong relationship with the Early Talent Advisor (Recruitment) and support with tasks including attraction events, assessment centres and D&I activities
- Manage ad hoc Early Talent project work
- Keep up to date with L&D trends and developments
- Knowledge share with other members of the internal L&D community and wider People team
 
Early Talent Advisor - About you
- Demonstrable proven experience in L&D and/or Early Talent recruitment experience
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build rapport with internal/external contacts at of all levels of hierarchy
- Takes ownership of their workload and development
- Experience of working in a Partnership Firm
- CIPD accreditation would be advantageous
