This is an exciting time to join this company as they grow, and an exciting time to join this new team, as they expand their digital offering, creating this brand new role of Digital learning Co-ordinator.
The role is permanent , and can be considered on a full or part time basis. The business are operating a hybrid model, you can be based remotely with occasional travel to your nearest office if required! Leeds is their Head office location.
The company have a number of offices across the UK!
 
The role:
·Working in partnership with the L&D Specialist and platform provider to further embed and promote platform uptake
·Managing  day to day operational aspects of the Digital Learning Platform, including future platform configuration
·Establishing and providing key L&D analytics and learner KPI metrics.
·Coordinating the monthly L&D engagement activity planner
·Developing system and data integration capabilities between the Digital Learning Platform, HR systems, Microsoft Teams and the Document Management System
·Distribute work instructions, internal user guides and delivering learning seminars for L&D digital systems as required.
·Identify business requirements and learning tools for the continued development and enhancement of the L&D learning offer.
·Administration of the L&D inbox,  and provide timely response to L&D enquiries.
·Supporting the L&D Manager and L&D Specialist as required with ad-hoc projects.
 
This is an exciting new role, where you will work closely with and support the L&D Manager and L&D Specialist of the business, but also have the opportunity to work autonomously, and make this role your own! To be considered you will be an experienced &D professional, from a digital specific background, in particular have experience with learning management systems/digital learning platforms, and be savvy with technology in general.
