Your duties will include:

  • Preparation of business plans - information memorandum and financial forecasts

  • Financial modelling

  • Advise directors and clients on the progress of projects

  • Lead transaction services assignments

  • Research and prepare for new deals and pitches

  • Approach potential buyers/sellers

  • Building relationships

You will be working for a well-established organisation, who offer long term progression and development

About you

  • You will be a qualified chartered accountant

  • You will have 2 years post qualification experience

  • Transaction service experience

  • You will be have strong managerial experience

  • Be able to use your own initiative
