This is a vital role where you will manage a small team alongside delivering a first class benefits and HR administration service, including accurate and reliable Management information to drive sound decision making.
 
This role will involve taking the lead on the following duties -
 
·Benefits leadership/Management
·Annual benefits reviews
·Annual pay review analysis and partnership with the board on where to spend
·Benefits strategy plans
·Benefit harmonisation
·New acquisition due diligence and project planning
·benefit policies up to date
·pension specialist
·budget control
·Attrition reporting and analysis
·D&I reporting and analysis
·Annual benefit reviews
 
Key experience
 
·A minimum of 5 years Comp & Bens specialist experience is essential.
·Highly numerate and analytical
·Previous people management experience
·Effective at building good working relationships internally and externally
·Commercial understanding and financial awareness
·Knowledge of statutory and technical aspects of payroll/benefits whilst monitoring new legislation and system upgrades/developments.
·Drives continuous improvements in all organisational processes
·Ability to apply knowledge and experience to complex issues
·Self-motivated and self-starter
·Excellent communication & organisational skills
·Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
·Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
·Expert in Workday, SAP HR and local payroll system
