Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit for a permanent Benefits Administrator. This is a full time role, based near Kings Cross station with a salary of up to £29k.
This a varied role, covering payroll data collection and validation, MI reporting, HRIS and employee benefits administration. This role is key to the success of the People team and offers growth opportunities in compensation, benefits, data analytics and HRIS Administration.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Act as the first point of contact with employees to manage questions and queries about the Group benefits, informing employees of their benefits options.
Maintain relationships with external benefit providers, alongside the Head of Compensation & Benefits.
Maintain membership of all benefit platforms, ensuring these are kept up to date on a monthly basis in line with deadlines; performing regular audits to ensure data is accurate.
Support the Head of Compensation & Benefits in communication and promotion of employee benefits throughout the year.
We are looking for:
·Benefits administration experience.
·Ability to prepare manuel payroll calculations.
·High organised and deadline focussed .
·Be able to provide support to the wider HR team and business, with advanced Excel and intermediate words skills.
